  1. I have a 1983 Fleetwood Brougham HT4100 that is experiencing a cold start issue. It will not start when cold unless given a quick shot of starting fluid. It then runs fine. It will also occasionally do the same under a hot start condition; I stopped for gas this evening and when I went to restart, I had ti give it a little ether. I don't want to keep using the starting fluid as it really isn't good for the engine. I read on someone else's post about a start-and-idle issue (mine does idle a little bit high) and that one had a bad vacuum hose going to the MAP sensor. I can't locate the MAP but I have been tracing vacuum lines and not found any cracked or collapsed hoses. Has anyone seen this issue before? And also, does anyone know where I can find a component locator for this car? I've been unsuccessful with that as well.
