We had a garage fire and our 48 Super Buick Convertible was unfortunately in the garage. We don't have the heart to rebuild it. Trying to see if anyone would be interested in it as a whole or do we part it out. It was from California, it was my father in laws so we know the history of it. We have lots of parts, the fire happened in September so we haven't gone through everything yet to see what is salvageable. We know there are alot of parts that are still good. We are in Michigan.

Does anyone know where I can get a hydraulic pump rebuilt?

Let me know if you buy I might have trim pieces and we have front fenders for super. Which I believe the super and special were the same length, I know roadmasters are longer. Tracy

I have one in Michigan. I might be heading to southern CA in the spring. -
From what I can tell from the numbers and what is on line, the original color for the car is Honolulu Blue. The problem is the local automotive paint store couldn't find a code that they can cross reference. I haven't gone into checking with some other automotive paint stores yet. We pulled the interior piece from the rear panel and had them color scanned and we painted the rims, but we would really like to make sure the color is correct for when we start painting the rest of the car. Thanks if anyone can help

Rust free from California....complete with glass green tint believe that they are for the convertible 2-door (sorry if that's not all the proper terminology) we did disassemble drivers side door. Thought about parting out might be easier...either way. But still have all the parts. I have more pictures and can take better pictures, I seem to struggle to try and get picture from ipad to laptop to post.....can text me 586-709-0285 (in Michigan)

I have two jacks trying to figure out which one came with the car. The one on the right has a small picture of a buick on it, but the other one looks older. Thank you for any help in advance.

I have two 1948 Buick super hoods, question is I have a gentleman who is wondering if the linkage connecting the two hinges to operate when the lever is pulled to release is the same length for a super and roadmaster. I know the length of the front ends are different...but wasn't sure if the locations of the hood hinge mechanism was different. I really hate to remove them out of the super hood. Thanks for the help

What other years do the hubcaps from a 1948 Buick fit? I know they go for at least 46-48. Have a someone asking if they fit on a 1940. Any insight would be very much appreciated. Thanks Tracy
