The small pulley came off easy. The shaft is not round. Has two flay spots. The large pulley also came of easy. The shaft is cut for a woodruff key. Here is picture of the tag. Does not have a lot of torque. Thanks for the update.

I am not sure what it is. Will run on its own with only about 4 to 6 volts dc applied
