I’m getting ready to do the oil pan gasket on my 1940 zephyr sedan, I know I have to unbolt and lower the rear of the wishbone to get clearance to remove the pan, is it necessary to take the weight off the front wheels? The car is on a 4 post lift so I can access everything without jacking it up.
