Would appreciate an ID for this car. The sign says "Cadillac" I believe, but cannot find any on-line examples with the same body construction detail.

Can you tell me what "Orange Blossom Special" means?

Looking at the bench seats, no fenders, the background, and "SPECIAL" on the hood suggested something like a hotel/RR station conveyance?? Any help to clarify would be greatly appreciated.
