  1. I found some eBay listings and forum posts for some similar trunk hinges used in cars from the 40s and before, and I'm looking for some documentation to provide some more "proof" that these parts were in use. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find some older drawings, parts lists, catalogs, etc. showing these hinges. I reached out to Ford and Chrysler's historical departments but they are shut down at the moment. Here are the hinges and where I found them: MT-255- 1923-1925 Model T Coupe Trunk Hinge (https://www.ebay.com/itm/233172856740; http://www.mtfca.com/discus/messages/708324/783936.html?1503625885) 1947-1948 Ford Sedan Trunk Lid Hinges (https://www.ebay.com/itm/113712530090; https://buy.motorious.com/vehicles/182599/1940%E2%80%90ford%E2%80%90tudor%E2%80%90sedan%E2%80%90deluxe/ (can be seen in photo 39/62) 1941 Ford Lincoln Trunk Deck Hinges (Can be seen in video here: http://profile-stalker.to/post/BdOh0cwhFHJ/) Mopar Part # 848664, fits 1940 Dodge Plymouth Chrysler DeSoto (https://www.ebay.com/itm/292958339885; https://www.ebay.com/itm/292959949332) 1940 Plymouth Delux Sedan Trunk Hinge (https://picclick.com/1940‐Plymouth‐Deluxe‐Sedan‐Lh‐Trunk‐112322672816.html; https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/1940-plymouth-door-locks-and-trunk-hinge-etc.137578/) Thanks for your help!
