Thanks for the info 55er and pontiac1953. Every bit of information helps. I saw in pictures that there were the extra holes for the hood ornament wings and if that is the only difference then using a '49 trim would be an option if I could not find a decent '50 version. If anyone has a '49 and could measure the width and length, that would be a big help as well.

Anyone know if the 1949 and 1950 waterfall hood trim are interchangeable or are they different? What is the difference, if any?
