  1. Hello, all. I just wanted to share this with all of you, as I am sure plenty are familiar with Dinsmore. The company was known for creating groundbreaking compasses for the automotive world. These legendary compasses are now highly sought after by collectors and can go for very high prices online. I already posted about a recent listing today, but here I have two more I would like to share with you great people on this site. https://www.ebay.com/itm/254531289639 Here are two Chiquita Banana promo compasses created by Dinsmore. They are both still in the original plastic wrap, thoguh there are some signs of internal wear. Along with that, there is the "Mini Finder". It is a concept product that is inside a package appearing to have been drawn in marker. I am unsure if this ever went on to be publicly sold. https://www.ebay.com/itm/254531300313 Next here, are a big collection of what I believe are silkscreen stamps. These are the stamps that were used for all paper documentation distributed by Dinsmore Instrument Company. All of these items listed are extremely rare, most being one of a kind. If you have any questions, please let me know. These are located in Flint, MI and can be picked up after purchase. If you would like to view anything in person, please message me and I will see if we can arrange something. Thanks.
  2. Hi, there. I am new on here but I just wanted to share this with all of you, as I am sure plenty are familiar with Dinsmore. Today I have listed 6 unique, rare, and genuine original pieces of concept art from Dinsmore Instrument Company. The company was known for creating groundbreaking compasses for the automotive world. These legendary compasses are now highly sought after by collectors and can go for very high prices online. These drawings listed here were drawn by Bob Dinsmore himself and have been kept shelved for all these years. My father owns the building directly next to where Dinsmore Instrument Company was located, and we were lucky enough to salvage these pieces of art some years ago. These pieces do have some tears and slight damage, but are still very much presentable and can be handled, though with care. These are one of a kind and do not have any copies anywhere else. No one else has ever laid eyes on these pieces nor had even a chance to photocopy them. If anyone is interested in bidding on a selection of these pieces, I have listed them here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/254531091394 I do have a bigger collection of these pieces, so if you're local (Flint,MI) and would like to take a look at what I have I am sure we could arrange something. Thank you all.
