Yup, I'm the klutz that dropped the lil' bolt into the timing slot of the bell housing and am so grateful for Hemi and Reaper's help on that. My next question is about the timing belt we replaced. Hemi Dude indicated a harmonic might be caused by too tight of a timing belt but we ended up with a new vibration coming from the heat shield on the firewall behind the engine. I went back in there and tried several different amounts of tension which did change the heat shield vibration. Too loose on the belt and the vibration lessened but there was a noticeable 'flutter' in the belt. Too tight and the vibration increased. I don't think a flutter in the belt is good. And its friggin cold here, what happens when the weather/engine warms or the belt gets that initial stretch ? Any other tips would be much appreciated ! WillsDad
