  2. Hi All. A friend of mine is searching for all the original parts to convert his 1932 Chevy Confederate Coupe back to mechanical brakes. Somebody in this cars past life converted it to hydraulics and he wants to put it back to original. He might even be willing to buy a rolling chassis with all the parts. Please look in your parts bins and lets see if we can help him get her back to original. Please message me with contact info if you can help. Thanks in advance for your help.

  9. Hi All. I have a 1993 Cadillac Sixty Special that has a non functioning remote. The remote is the original to the car which sat for 18 years in the original owners garage. After replacing the 2 batteries and having it tested it is transmitting but the car wont receive any signal from it. I talked to a Caddy dealer and they had no clue how to program an OLD Caddy. Does anybody know how I can program the remote to make it function as intended. All it has is lock, unlock, trunk release and panic button. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
  10. Try Rhode Island wiring service, I used them in the past with excellent results. Should be able to find them in Hemmings.

  17. Your 24 Hupmobile will take 5 quarts of oil at every change. I use straight 30 wt oil in mine with no problems. As mentioned before make sure the oil indicator reads around the full mark. Mine will leak out about 1/2 qt and I usually will try to keep it at that level.
