Cute cars and this one looks really clean. I don't know what they paid for the undercoating but it looks to be falling off in sheets.

I still think it's a shame that AMC went under. Their drive trains were solid but their design dept. just could get their ducks in a row. Now matter how they tried most people considered them old peoples cars. Even the Hurst performance cars fell flat on their face.

I've noticed that the newer AG tires don't seem to hold up near as well as the older ones did with cracking showing up years earlier.

Brakes and starter solenoid are an easy and inexpensive fix. Heater core and rust not so much so but can be done while enjoying the car. I don’t see anything on the bad list that can’t be overcome by someone with a little mechanical ability and some research .

From the looks of the back seat someone needs to buy a storage shed.

If that recently rebuilt engine was stored in the same root cellar as the rest of the car I'd be surprised if it still turned over.

Michigan is the winter salt capital of the world. This car was either never driven in the winter or it recently came from a state much farther south. If this car is in the shape it appears to be it would be a jewel to own. Take care of it and it would carry you down the road for decades.

From experience I can tell you that getting the mice smell out of these old grain trucks can be a months long ordeal. I can almost smell it just thinking about it. Yuck!

Front seats probably aren't original but they don't detract from the vehicles appearance.
