That's a long ad but after reading I believe the seller to be someone a buyer could trust. It's also also a car that could be purchased and driven for a long time and enjoyed. Tough to bet these Buicks for a cross country trip.

This is something that doesn't show up very often. Are they really worth the asking price in this condition.

With all due respect to those who have to worry about the gas mileage their collector car gets, maybe a different hobby would be a consideration.

That's a lot better than my 30 DeSoto was getting. Haven't checked it in a long time.

If I was younger this would be hard to pass up. Just hope it hasn't been setting outside very long.

I don't know what that thing gets for mileage but it sure looks nice.

If everything is as the ad states this is a good deal.

this car would be at the top of my list.
Can’t fault you for that. 😊

Duluth Minnesota and very little rust aren't usually seen in the same ad. Buyer beware!

It's hard to believe the prices people are asking for cars like this Plymouth. The increases we've seen in the last 10 years is incredible. I wonder if they are actually getting them or if they are just hoping for the whole pie.

Price is $26,500 (or best reasonable offer).
I really don't think he wants to hear a reasonable offer.

Body looks to be 2 different shades of the same color. Hopefully it’s just the lighting.

Isn’t going to be long before this is a really good deal for someone.
34,000 miles and it’s needs front end work. That doesn’t add up to me.- 1

Your right Neil. I've been watching these 40's and 50's Chrysler products for several years and I still don't know if the seller knows what they are talking about. I really don't know how Chrysler could have made it anymore confusing.

Too bad they didn't paint the whole care while they were at it. Otherwise a nice survivor.

Very attractive and the price may not be out of line. As in other cases a personal inspection is in order before the value could be determined. The owner stated that the transmission will be repaired if someone is seriously interested. This is not a good situation as another trip might be necessary to pick up the vehicle after the repairs are made. The car should be fully functional before putting it up for sale.

This car would look 1 million times better with black tires and black wheels.
I was trying to decide but I think your right. Very nice looking vehicle but I think the WW's take the restoration beyond Plymouth territory. I also really like the looks with the top up. I'd have a hard time driving it with the top down.

Looks pretty nice. Even the pea green wheels don't look too bad.

His wife has told me she believes the stress of the loss and having to deal with the insurance carrier triggered the cancer that ultimately took him.
That is truly a sad story in many ways.

Very, Very little. You need to be agile and have skinny legs to get in and out.
It almost looks like the tire could move forward in the well to give more room for the door. Probably a reflection but it's the right shape.

It might be correct but there’s something about that top that doesn’t look right.

Well, one side of it looks pretty good.
And on the other side two doors are missing and the rear fender is falling off 😬
Just kidding. 😉

How far does that drivers door open with the spare in that location?

I'm not sure there is any wood in the body except for the floor boards and roof which shouldn't be hard to replace. I can't remember for sure when Chrysler products went to all metal but I think it was around 1928.
