  1. I'll try anything thanks! I'm actually putting wood grain on the console but didn't want to start that step until I figured out the light switch knob replacement. Hasn't been easy but nothing is until you've done it once or twice. Thanks again,
  2. Hey Jim I'm replacing the old black vinyl on the centre console of my 63' Rivy and one of the steps is removing the knob as you mentioned above. The problem I'm having is getting the rod back into the headlight switch and getting the lights to turn back on. The rod isn't being "held up" by anything any longer and simply slips out. I've tried pressing that button again on the side of the switch without any luck. Please help.
  3. It's 2020 and I just ordered hood emblem from CARS before reading this. Are you seriously still out of stock because you wrote to the community you would keep us updated when they become available but last post was March 2014???
  4. Can'r find one anywhere myself.
  5. Hey Gang first time on the forum I've just finished reading this thread (twice) and about to try switching out light sockets, grounding them and checking the fuse. I looked everywhere for a Turn Signal Switch (DR3-63) and can't find them anywhere so I'm hoping the switch hasn't gone bad. I did disconnect it and cleaned it using brake cleaner. Question: Originally I was going to replace the brake light switch and was told it was behind the brake pedal but I've had no luck locating it. It was also stated it's by the master cylinder on a 63' but I haven't been able to locate it there either? Any help finding the brake light switch would be great (pictures). I also understand from this thread that the brake lights circuit through the blinker switch so if that's not working neither will my brake lights. thanks,
