  1. So I broke my power antannae - left it up at the car wash! Not sure I want another one and wondered if there are any suggestions on a fixed mast setup.
  2. How is that transmitter working out? I was just driving today , listening to Grateful Dead radio on Spotify thru Bluetooth and still amazed how good my sound system is in this car. The sound separation beats my 2015 Mercedes.
  3. One suggestion on the transmitter, set your volume on the reatta GCC/Stereo as low as possible as this will minimize any FM / interference noises. You can then use the volume knob on the Bluetooth unit to get the clearest sound level (plus you'll minimize using your touch screen/volume). It's not a perfect solution but you're also not cutting into the dash or wiring either which is never a good thing in my opinion.
  4. I do not know much surrounding the touch screen and I had toyed with different ideas about how to get my Reatta updated with Bluetooth. I haven't been a fan of the FM transmitters, but the one at the link below has worked extremely well with my 88 reatta. Mine defaults to channel 87.7, which worked perfectly, and I programmed preset button 1 on my GCC with this channel. The sound is really quite clear, and this unit has the option for an AUX cord, and an SD card along with Bluetooth and it was only around $17. It's really nice because you can control the volume on this transmitter, along with play/pause/forward/reverse tracks. I was quite impressed for $17! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018E0I01I/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 On a side note, this is an awesome unit for giving you the option to have TPMS on your vehicle. I have one in my other vehicle and havent installed one in my Reatta yet, but they work quite well and mount easily on the dash without any messy adhesive and it's solar powered so no wiring at all is required. Another excellent buy for $40. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QYS2J5R/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  5. YES! Please keep it up, It's probably the best resource I've found thus far! I'll be donating to it.
  6. Yep, I'm torn on the sunroof - the headliner (along with just about everything else) looks like it just rolled off the assembly line so I hate to cut in to it really. Apparently the previous owner kept it in climate controlled storage - I wish I had the option to do that but I'm getting a good cover for it. Guess I didn't realize the rarity of the suede seats, which makes me even more happy I got 'Rey'.
  7. It's mine now, far from being a $1500 car. Pretty much as described , interior is perfect, and one area at the chin spoiler has a bit of paint chipping . It has a bit of a rough (hot) idle which I'm trying to nail down the root cause. NADA lists these around the $6000 high mark retail, so this one is down where it needs to be for a small-ish dealership. This one was sold on consignment at the dealership, and the story seems to check out as far as it being a well kept vehicle from everything I can tell wear and tear wise. It's just a damn fine ride, and I'm probably going to have a power sunroof installed and enjoy the hell out of it.
