That’s it! I did wonder because the GGUncle that this came from was a Model A/T Mechanic. Lots of Model A - Ford - Tools. Thank you for you help!

This one may be easier - the imprinting reads GL-193 9 7/16 DIA. Designed for Mazda LAMP No. 1110 I believe it is 1920’s.... but I have not found another like it.
