Dear Dave, I'm sure you are done by now. But. Typically the first layer is a white linen. 2nd layer is a 1/4" of padding. Don't use too much padding or it will look puffy. 3rd layer is usually a long grained vinyl. Then you would install the steel or aluminum side gutters and front retainer. The rear of the roof is held down with Hidem. Mike.

Dear TB, If you need parts for your 1947 Ford Station Wagon please contact me. I have a lot parts left over from restorations. ( window regulators, wood brackets, rear bumpers, etc.). Mike, I'm guessing you figured this out already but....... There is a screw that comes in from the inside of the rocker ??? And one that comes from the bottom up. Mike

Kevin, This also happened to me about 4 years ago. They listed a woodie I had listed about 7 years ago. The same exact ad just a different contact and the price was $ 2,500.00 for a restored wagon. She claimed that her husband had pasted and that she just did not want to see the car anymore?? Mike
