looks like this was the last year that was registered..! it was on the car. when we found it,,

well , since my upholstery will be a bit more on the dark side of green .i think forest green shade will be more appropriate to the color for the top section..

whouu ..! that car with the sagebrush green looks really good..! i love it .. but since my car is already paint on light beige yellowish color , i think i'll do it like one guys 1925 two tone car . adding the forest green on top section of hood and top lip all around the car . let me see if i can upload the cars picture ..

Tomorrow going to the paint store here in town to see the shades of greens i can find that kind of matches the leather i'm using on the interior , to finish the one inch border top all the way around before we start the upholstery, , just to get all in line and ready for it Also my friend did some top wood pieces that where''t so good right where you nail the top to the body. tomorrow will get to do the lids for the under seats front and back and lube all the latches , make sure all works just fine.. pics will be coming soon. I have to see if the tag on the seat match the job number plate under the front seat frame on the car . Usually on my 29 the job # is engraved in the seal wood parts front driver side under the carpet ,, let's see if this one does too..

Today got to take some pictures of the top ,, to see what i have to work with.. Also got to work on the frame seats . doing some Rust Converter spray to get it ready for paint. upholstery is getting done soon , so i have to harry up..!

Yestarday i got together with my friend and he rescue this picture from his sister .He's Grand dad on the wheel on the fist Automovile in the town he Found it. due to a petrol ststion and garage shop he opened on that time ..looks like 20's . At first he told me to look at a picture he had with a car just like mine ..but zooming inn looks like a Chevrolet . they all when for a drive over the sorrounding hills of his small town in Cordoba Argentina.

That's very true...that's why every time i see something that old and i can buy it . i do.. when i got this 24 it came with a few extra parts , that's golden for me ..! found an extra Carburetor on a swap meet , in a small town near mexico border, i could not believe it when i saw it..! if i would only had more space..! i also save this one from the scrap..! looong trip to get it do.. but will looks nice in the living room.. i belongs to that war bird..

Another rainy day here in CA.. I'm starting to believe that song from the 60's is a lie...!!! that's what brought me here to began with..! well .. got to work on the set of brake Bands i got from Kevin.. Free some pins and lube them , steel brash them and got them ready to install. what i like the most is the reinforcing box...! look at that ..!

i'll be using high build primer on the big tail light to get a better smooth surface on it.. and fixing the peel off enamel on the wrong , but no choice ..tail light lamp logo.
