I am in need of 1 REO split rim wheel 20 inch I have one but its missing the split ring. anyone have one or know of one?

we are restoring a 1931 speedwagon and on the top of the hood there are 4 holes. two at the front and two at the rear. they are 4 inches from the edge and four inches from the hinge. I not sure what goes there. anyone know?
