  1. My FINAL update...I got a full refund check in the mail on Friday Aug 16, 2019, so my dealings with Pat Walsh are 100% done (two years later). I can't tell you how many phone and email messages I left him, but I guess they paid off. He did write a cryptic note with the check that said said "he had been in a crash in 2017". My warning to others would be to only do business with him if it's a "in person, cash and carry" deal. Mike B
  2. Update, I randomly received a box in the mail and low and behold I got my original parts back...YEAH! Strange there was no note or refunded money, just the parts... Mike B
  3. Thanks for the tip John! I'll let the group know how this all work out...very frustrating. Mike B
  4. Yes, I used the USPS to return the incorrect part as requested by Pat and I have a tracking number that shows it was delivered Jan 29, 2019. I have not heard anything from him since returning the part, it's like he fell off the map, but his phone is still taking messages. Is there a published vendor list available for Spring Carlisle...at one time he was a vendor there...wonder if he still is??? Mike
  5. Does anyone know Pat Walsh? Is he still alive? I get no phone message/email responses from him. Is he still a vendor at Carlisle? Thanks, Mike B
  6. Is David Entler from Glen Rock, PA still putting Chevy wood kits together? He may be retired??? Mike B
  7. See if it says "TILTRAY HEADLAMP" making a 1" circle with "MADE IN USA" in small letters making a inner circle. Mike B .
  8. The one on the right is an Arrow #39. The lens came in many colors in both glass and plastic. Mike B
  9. Did this issue get resolved? I met Pat Walsh at Carlisle and he said he could reproduce my truck brake lever boot, so I mailed him my original and the trim ring in 2017. He told me this whole deal was to take a month or two, which I agreed to. After MANY emails he finally told me in 2018 that my piece was done and he quoted me a price plus shipping. I sent him a check in September 2018 and after a LONG wait and more followup inquires he sent me a part in December that was nothing like my part. After a LONG wait again and many more unanswered emails and unanswered phone calls to a full voice mail box he finally responded in January of 2019 and said his rubber guy messed up and that upon receiving his wrong part back he would refund my money. He's got his wrong part back in late January 2019 and still I have nothing...no returned original parts and no refund of my money and not responding to emails again with any status or updates. The sad part is a friend had done business with him years ago and had a good experience. As much as I want my money back, I'm more mad about loosing my original parts...
