One of our members donated some old photographs and we're looking to do a small write-up in our newsletter. This photo is said to be taken in 1912 and MY best guess is that the car is an Overland but not sure of the year or model.
I've checked out the "Official Automobile Directory of the State of New York" published 1914 neither a West or Jackson owned any vehicle.. and no one in our town owned an Overland.
A high-res scan shows some writing on the front tire but I haven't refined the photo enough yet to read anything more than "Tire" at the end - But that probably won't help with the make of the car.
Would love any information...
