  1. Do you know your 'oldies? ' Did you spot any 1932 Commander model 71's or any parts for them? I'll call him and thank you for posting !
  2. I have one but shipping is horrible from WA to NY ...
  3. Thanks for the replies. The owner thinks this one is at least a '14 or so, and says the differential looks way larger than his. Still looking... Part numbers Thanks to Bloo ! SA2161 berap bevel gear driving pinion SA2252 besar rear axle bevel gear
  4. Can anyone ID this year? There is a '1914' on Studebaker addicts that we'd like to get to repair the 1913 but we don't know what we are looking at. Any help would be great. Not sure how to link the whole ad here. https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=10221492609499397&set=pcb.10159325993466076
  5. You should add a picture of what 'rod' this 'end' came off of. . There are 'rod ends' listed in the parts books for steering knuckle, tie rod ends, and supports... Inners and outers.... I looked in the book and got lost pretty quick !
  6. Looking to find a 50 tooth ring gear ( 19 tooth pinion ) for a 1913 SA- 25 for a local member who does not have a computer. He has this amazing 1913 which he drives and its a shame it has developed a bent ring gear. Any leads ? And also- does the blueprint history go back that far at the SNM ?
  7. Hi all. I have some rivets 419-1211 that I thought were for hood welt around the 32 Commander radiator. I do not see a listing in the book for these. In the book, it calls out a Brass rivet. Can anyone tell me what these do? Looking for cowl and radiator 'welt' and the proper rivets and rivets for the hood hinge 'clip' to rad shell. Thanks in advance !
  8. I have these two in Washington State, no idea what they may be from, I thought they were later. I also have a right front fender. . I'll get measurements...
  9. I saw a very similar post over on Facebook and it turned out to be a 33 Commander, I wonder if it is the same ? I'm curious too. It would be 'close enough' to what I'm working on for some info I need.... I have tons of questions.
  10. The data plate is on the outside of the frame rail, drivers side, just about at the rear of the fender. The body tag is on the lower cowl, drivers side under the hood. Looks like a nice car, not my specialty but good luck. You can post the serial number here and body tag info and get it ID'd
  11. Also, they had a small plate on the dash.... I hope it's a Commander model 71 - we can share pictures!
  12. Local friend to me and Studebaker owner. I send all my stuff to him. https://markclawson.com/
  13. I have one of those, I sent you a message...
  14. I found 2 of those. One looks identical to yours, the other one is also the same, minus the lever across the top that opens the valve. The holes, etc to mount the lever are there. Also, it's vacc tube is straight and shorter. The one that looks like yours has no box, but is very clean and nice looking. the other one is NOS for sure and was in a box. I got 10 of these from an old Stude dealership stock and all but 2 had a box and I could only read 2 of the Trico part numbera on the box.. . Both still have the 'paint dot' on them from when they were made. . I also have the little clip thing with the spring , and lots of other small parts, chrome driver nuts, gasket to body, rubber seals, drivers, and knobs. I'd like to ID all of these and make them available.
  15. Looks familiar. I wish Trico would have cast a number on them, they are so hard to ID. I just got a box of motors, 2 boxes of drivers and small parts. Pretty sure I have the part in your other post. These motors I have only have trico part numbers on the box, no sign of numbers on the motors.. I'll likely start a new thread to try and ID them.
  16. I probably have the bolts, and pins and a set of NOS springs, just post some pics and measurements..... They may be 41's like yours, but the specs are really close. These springs have the part number stamped on the main leaf. The other hardware we got is still in the bin trays and most are part numbered.
  17. John, can you post pictures, I can't see the video. ? The latest parts lot has some old seals, slingers and stuff I've never had in stock for pre war Studebaker's .
  18. In picture 7 and 8 is a thermostat housing that has a built in oil cooler? or something? It has a brass tube coiled inside that round part, and 2 threaded in and out female fittings. Does anyone have a clue what it could be for? Stude, Packard, Cadi? Diesel engine? ?
  19. Pretty sure the wheel is 18 inches... We are in Ferndale, WA
  20. It only has 5, a mud dabber filled up the last one ! Thanks Tom. Should I try and save it anyway?
