I am trying to identify this old bumper jack It measures 33" has a 2" tongue and has i or h beam shaped shaft The jack base is green color very sturdy Any help would be greatly appreciated

I am trying to identify this old bumper jack It measures 33" has a 2" tongue and has i or h beam shaped shaft The jack base is green color I had a 55 chevy that was the same color as the base but don't know if this ia a Chevy jack
