I'm replacing generator with single wire alternator. No fan belts on engine when I purchase the vehicle. The generator on the engine looks like it might be original but only has a single pulley. The only photo I have located shows a dual pulley on the generator. The AC compressor has a dual pulley. I don't know whether the original generator had been replaced with one for an engine without AC. Any advice or info is greatly appreciated.
