Thank you, sir. Are there casting marks or numbers we can look for on the block or heads to help identify it? Would the VIN be stamped anywhere?

We're cleaning out Grandma's garage and trying to figure out what to do with Dad's old engines. He feels very confident this is an old Ford motor from 1958, but he can't remember any other details. Anyone able to identify this one? He doesn't remember what car it came out of... Thanks!
