Here is another luggage rack. It measures 36 x 16 and hinges. It mounts from underneath like the one on the car picture.

It is 39” x 14” and about ¾” thick. The distance between the mounting brackets is about 41”. Attached are pictures of the mounts. It doesn’t look like it is mounted the same way as the picture.

I have a few trunk platforms but not sure what they fit. Attached are some pictures. I can get dimensions and more pictures of the attachments or hinges if you see one that might work.
