  1. Thank you all, I will work on some pictures and share when ready.
  2. Hello everyone. I own a 1968 Riviera GS and am considering to sell it. I dont have much experience in this and I would be interested to have some advice on how much to ask for it and where to post the ad ? How about Bringatrailer auction site? The car is in the SF bay area. The car is Olive Metallic with tan interior, hardtop, not vinyl, a complete survivor, unrestored, 100% original, correct matching engine numbers, documented proof of one family owned car since at least 1973 (and possibly since new). No paint job, no primer, no bondo anywhere, still original paint (faded in some areas). Same original black and yellow California license plate from new. Original owners and service manuals...97K miles Everything works perfectly (except AC and heating), I am using it as a nearly daily driver. What is the right way to go about this? Many thanks for your advice
  3. Hello, I am pleased to introduced myself to this forum. I have browsed numerous forums and I found this one the friendliest and most informative. I am a French guy living in the San Francisco Bay Area and I have been interested in a Riviera for a long time. I am in the process of buying a 68 Riviera GS and I have taken a number of pictures of relevant numbers. I have been able to identify that the VIN plate matches exactly the car’s year, model, color and interior. (See photo). Is there a way to verify that the engine is the original one and has not been swapped ?
