  1. I wish I could be of some help, but electricity has never been much of a talent for me. However, with as much creativity you've employed throughout the build to this point, I'm absolutely certain you'll find a way to forge ahead as if nothing got in your way. I personally am just in awe that the window mechanisms themselves are functional, not to mention electrically operated!
  2. Keiser, I'd recommend getting a copy of Gerald Wingrove's "The Complete Car Modeler Volume 1" it has some great information, tips, and ideas for anyone planning to scratch build their own model. The Complete Car Modeller 1 https://www.amazon.com/dp/1861266448/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_v.ydBbQVCWJ27
  3. Man, this thing is insanely beautiful. It completely boggles my mind that this all started out as some flat chunks of brass. Incredible.
  4. I'm with Paulie. Whoa. That frame picture is incredible. If you didn't know any better, you just might be fooled into thinking it's the real thing.
  5. Hi Roger, I've been following this thread for a number of years now, first on a different forum, but then I lost the build! Thanks to a posting by Barry Wolk, I managed to find it again, but on this site, and reread from the beginning, and have been following along, eagerly awaiting new posts! I have to say, I am always amazingly shocked and impressed with your work. Thanks to this post, and after buying one of Wingroves books, I think I'm about ready to try my hand at some brass scratchbuilding. I'm not sure why I've waited this long to sign up to comment, but I feel it was long overdue. I hope you are doing well, and I can't wait to see the next installment of this incredible build. Thank you so much for documenting this as you have. It's been a huge inspiration. -Adam
