The last VIN vert was for sale earlier this year, Number 622. A black with red interior. It’s also a one of one that had ~300 miles on it and was in a museum until 2008. Gm the sold it to the previous owner. That guy died and his wife was selling it through a brokerage. Don’t know where it is now. But I saw an Instagram post a few weeks ago and it was having the radio replaced. I’d put money on it that this one hasn’t been registered in a while if ever.
With the data that Barney has 184/305 is a damn good survival rate. Hopefully some more will come out of the woodwork.

I think it really depends on who the buyer is. If the buyer is well aware of what the 91 verts went through it would be more valuable. I’m a big fan of lots of documentation so I know I’d appreciate it. Also I guess if it was supposed to be scrapped it makes it more unique.

@azreattacollector you can check the database for some information on how many cars are still around, that will at least give an idea. I would assume since there always seems to be a few for sale at anytime in the country that there’s more than we think.

I think many people don’t know of this site and yours. I don’t remember how I discovered this site but it was probably about a year into when I actually decided I was going to buy a reatta. Facebook is easier for some. I always point people here or your site. Especially if I know the exact problem they are having is something that’s been touched on before.

I’ve used it a lot. I generally look around there before posting a question here. I also have put many links to your site in the Facebook group. And they like it a lot too it seems.

91 is a More conventional ABS system. I forget the exact type right now. But it definitely not the Teves. I have heard of people swapping out the systems.

Probably beating a dead horse here, but I some how couldn’t get anything to come up with my specific problem. I went to a car show last Wednesday and when I put the lights on only one light went up. Turned it on and off three times then they both went up. Went down with one push. Saturday after another show they worked fine. So is my headlight motor going? Or maybe just a random glitch.

If I remember correctly there was one for sale that someone posted here over the winter that had low miles but it looked like they hit something and it had a salvage title. Don’t know what happened to that one. But most of the ones I’ve seen have over 70k miles.

Went to a fairly large show by me. About 3-400 cars. And today is also my one year anniversary of buying my reatta.

Bought some new tires today. Was very supprised that Goodyear still makes the same tires as back then. Managed to get the exact type that was on the window sticker on my car. Now I’m as close as I’ll probably get to 100% factory looks for my car. Tomorrow I’m planning on going to a fairly large show if it doesn’t rain.

I do really like telling people about how Buick had a touch screen back in 86. I sometimes wish I bought an 88 or 89 to show this off. And the reattas touch screen has more useful stuff in it than most modern cars anyway.

We can only hope. I do feeel like this will be a one or two model year car though

A friend of mines father installed an aftermarket sunroof in her 99 lesabre when it was her grandmothers. Granted he’s one of the best mechanics in my area she said it was terrible and Barely worked. From that and a few guys at college who did that conversion. I’d also steer clear of it

I don’t know if it’s just the area of the country I live in but I’ve seen significantly more allante’s in the wild than Reattas. Just this last week I saw three different allantes. I’ve only seen two other reattas since I’ve known of them. And by now about 10- 12 Allantes. This is excluding junk yards but then I’m only up to 7 reattas. Anyone else have a similar experience?

@azreattacollector that is amazing that you have two consecutive VIN number cars. Even if those were something common that would still be extremely impressive. I’d totally try to go to a show and park them next to each other. And make sure you have some sort of sign explaining that.
