  1. Bloo Thanks again! Found it and it looks like what I am up against! Will try wiring the ignition based on that diagram this weekend. Gonedon
  2. Bloo, Thanks for the insight into the ignition wiring. I will check in with knobless to get the diagram. That will, I hope, provide insight into how to get negative into the ignition switch and out into the coil!!! Your assistance is much appreciated. Gonedon
  3. Hello from North Carolina If anyone is still here I would like to inquire about old and missing wiring on my 1936 P2 coupe. Trying to find out how to get negative from the battery to the ignition switch and out to the coil which is still connected by an armored cable. Would welcome any insight from anyone has encountered similar ignition and instrument wiring issues like the ones "yall" have addressed here. Looking forward to ANY assistance!!!! Gonedon
  4. I just found Randiego's description of restoring a 1936 Plymouth instrument cluster. I also have a 1936 Plymouth P2 Coupe. Am trying to replace missing and old wiring on the instrument cluster. Have several wiring diagrams and a reprint of the vehicle wiring. However, how the wiring from the generator, ignition, lights & etc are attached at the bottom/amps is very small and not really clear (photo Attached). If anyone has a larger and more detailed image or description it would be most helpful and very much appreciated. Gonedon

GregLaR, Thanks for responding. My 36 has two horns mounted under the horns. I have attached an image to illustrate. Apparently servicing or repairing horns is not much advertised. Gonedon

Does anyone know of an individual or company that repairs Plymouth horns. I have a 1936 P2 coupe and only one works. Any suggestions much appreciated.
