I know I'm late to the topic but... Where do you get packing for the water pump? I've got a 1918 touring car with the flathead four cylinder engine.

I found these wind wings but I don't have the mounts to mount them to the windshield of our 1918 touring car. I was wondering what everyone else uses. If I can't find regular, period correct mounts for them I'd like to get some ideas a to what non-typical types of mounts everyone is using. The bar on the wings has a diameter of a ½". Thanks for any help or input, it's very much appreciated.

Can you explain the proper use of the spark advance lever. If I understand correctly, it should be pulled back to start the engine? And then after that I'm lost, as to how it's used, lol. I'm knew to this as you can tell. Thanks.
