  1. I have a NOS Carter 150S carburetor for 1929 to 1931 Chevrolets. This was used in 1930 and 1931 and offered as a replacement for earlier 125S and 136S carbs used in 1929. This is new and never installed. Only issue I know of is rubber boot on accelerator pump has stiffened. This can be rejuvenated or replaced with an aftermarket reproduction part. Everything is working and free and no visible damage to parts including pot metal parts. Always in dry storage. The brass ID tag is still one this one and is stamped 150S. $600 cdn plus shipping. Also I have an original correct air cleaner for 1929 Chevrolet. Only used in 1929 as they changed design for later years. $200.00 cdn plus shipping. P.S. I have a collection of other used Carter brass bowl carbs at various prices depending on condition. Mostly Chevrolet 125S, 136S and 150S as well as earlier Chev and some Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth, Nash and Ajax. Inquiries for used carb should be addressed to automotivewoodbodies@gmail.com.

  5. Replacement wood can be fabricated for most any car. Wood can be fabricated using original wood remains as patterns, or new wood designed to be at least period correct using original techniques. Not an inexpensive endeavor as the body needs to be on hand and everything is custom hand crafted. Jobs in progress can be viewed on facebook page "Automotive Wood Bodies", or contact me at automotivewoodbodies@gmail.com. The website is www.automotivewoodbodies.com.
  6. I have been adding a library of automotive owners manuals, repair manuals and parts books to my facebook page "Antique and Vintage Car Parts". Too much to list here so can be viewed there. Here are a few samples.
