This photo was taken near Bend, Oregon, probably in the '60s. But the car is much older than that. I appreciate your help in identifying it.

Photo probably taken in Northeastern USA in WW I era or slightly before. Would love to know make, model, and especially year. Haynes is name of owner, not the manufacturer. Thanks
