  1. Chris, PM me and I should be able to help you, I have a 30.
  2. Very nice, it looks to be a very nice car, a little time you will have a great piece of history!
  3. Looking for a Headlight to match this one. They are 9 inches in diameter, looking for 2.
  4. Only if you plan on spending more than it's worth and enjoy the experience vs. the joy of working on one.
  5. All I can say is wow, I had a 48 20 years ago, that is much nicer than I could ever dream.
  6. It's a very nice trailer, but I can purchase a new one for the same money.
  7. I forgot that it was a full classic now, yes it's a nice car. If I don't get much response here, I will put it on Ebay and someone will probably make a hotrod out of it.
  8. 1930 Buick 64C for sale, have title, motor rebuild the right way, it was wrong when I got it, original interior, runs and drives very well. $17,500
  9. Yes the head is hollow. 34 inches long, yes I have a 2 heads that can be destroyed to make it, I understand it will need a pattern made, and am willing to spend thousands to do it.
  10. In need of someone who can recast a very rare head. It needs to be a exact replica. I need the best casting shop possible.
  11. Yes with the hood on, the car over heats, with it off, it runs between 130-140 and runs strong. I have been messing with the retard timing and now it backfires where before it didn't and didn't make any difference on overheating so I'm going to change it back. The next thing for me is clean out or have the radiator checked for flow and then the relook at the fan.
  12. This helps a ton, I'll go through everything on the list.
  13. Have a 1930 Buick which will run (Drive) for about 30 minutes, the front shutters will stay open but it goes up to about 180 degrees and you have to head home. There is no thermostat, the water pump is working, the motor has been completely rebuilt, the heater lever is on. If I leave the hood off it runs at 140 with no problems.
  14. No problem at all, John is right you can ask anything you want. Save the old title, many old codgers like me collect the original title with the car. Many of us are historians in a way, we love old cars and are care takers of them. I have several old cars, and enjoy them, good luck with it and I hope it finds a great home. I'm not really an Ebay fan buying old cars. Bought a 30 with a block bondo'ed together and hid under paint. It had been that way for years and the seller of the car didn't know and I DO believe him. He was a good guy. I just shy away from Ebay cars now. You have a nice car.
  15. well guys I'm out, he told me he is going to try EBAY. I thought $6,000 was a very fair price and with the fees he will pay on Ebay, I'm really out, hope anyone who gets it the best. This caretaker will just keep looking..............
  16. That's what I thought, but apparently he wants to keep it or try something else. I'm just not real sure he truly wants to sell it.
  17. Well guys, I made an offer of $6000 for this car and heard no reply one way or the other. I'm really not sure its for sale, which is fine, but if it is, I hope it finds a good home.
  18. Do you have an idea of how much you want for the car?
