  1. I purchased a complete '54 Buick 40 Series Power Steering Set-Up years ago off the internet. However, after many passing years , I never got to the time to swap out the manual steering box. Recently, I decided it was high time to do so, and laid out all my parts to see if everything needed was still there. Much to my chagrin, I cannot located the dual water pump pulley, the reservoir cannister and lid; plus the special upper and lower brackets that hold the power steering pump onto the block. I have torn my house & garage apart three (3) or more times looking for these items and still can not find these aforementioned parts. The only thing I can think of is the shop that glass beaded them never called me to pick them up, and we both lost sight of them. If anyone has a '54 Buick parts car that can sell me one or all of these items, please let me know, and I will give you my contact info. I do have the specal cast iron harmonic balancer for the 264 C.I Motor. Many thanks, G.C. in Florida USA
  2. I could use help to change my '54 Buick 46R model from manual to power steering. First off, I need to source an upper dual belt water pump[ and fan] power steering pulley that is original to al '54 Buick V8 Engines. Also, is the cast double crankshaft pulley that is exclusive to the 264 Cubic Inch motor get painted Buick Green Engine Color, or did the factory leave them naturally cast? Also, is the Power Steering Top Reservoir Pulley to be left natural white metal as well? Thanks, Karrkrazzy
