  1. On my 1.5 ton, the seat base cushion is two pieces while the seat back is one piece. I think this was made like this for ease of getting to the gas tank which is under the drivers half.
  2. I had a metal fab company make a base for me from a well rotted original. It's basicly a wedge shape that sits on the floor and the seat cushions rest in it.
  3. Would you consider palletizing it and shipping?
  4. I found this picture in one of my Dodge handbooks. Hope this helps.
  5. Okay, now I have a whole new question. I was looking through a booklet that I found in my collection, and I guess that I was wrong about my model. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that I had a 3/4 ton express truck because it had single rear tires. However according to this booklet, it is a 1 1/2 ton, model K30. The booklet lists it as a KH30, but according to Eric Bannerman's book, the KH30 is a 1935 and my serial number coincides with a 1934 K30. Am I correct in assuming this?
  6. I have the same info, but the serial numbers aren't model specific. I know that the larger express bodies were made by coach builders other than Dodge because I have a build book from one. I am just curious to know if there is any way to find out how many were fitted with an express body. As far as pictures, I'm afraid that is almost impossible because it's buried pretty deep in the garage right now! Hopefully, I'll be getting back to my project soon!
  7. Hi folks! My first time here although I've been following this site for a while. My question is: I have a 34 K 20 3/4 ton express pickup that I have been restoring for the past 45 years or so. How would I find out how many of these trucks were built? I've only seen one in my lifetime other than mine. Any help would be appreciated . Love this forum!
