  2. They say cars are original only once, well this is probably as close to that as you are ever going to find in a 60 year old car. I am offering up my 1952 Buick Super 2dr Hardtop with ~14000 miles on it. This car is original a survivor as your are going to find, but still be in drive-able condition. Here are the things that have been done to this car to make it reliable and safe to drive: Re-gasket most of the engine (ask me about the inside of the engine) New timing chain Clean and repair leaks in radiator New hoses Rebuild generator NOS regulator rebuild carb rebuild fuel/vacuum pump new master cylinder new wheel cylinders new SS lines new brake hoses new shoes and hardware new seals in the Dynaflow and torque tube, changed fluids in dynaflow and rear axle. new correct battery new water control valve reconditioned the original radio to make functional The rest of the car is original including some minor damage to the front bumper and passenger door. The damage does not impact the overall appearance of the car, nor the quality of the preservation. The chrome is shiny and paint shines, but is thin in a few places, again just starting to show thru. I could go on more about everything I have done to the car, but I don't have the space!! If you want to have an excellent preservation of what cars looked like in 1952 then I would recommend adding this car to your collection! Please contact me for loads more information about the car. If I do not answer please leave a message, and I will call you back. 515-570-4971 Andy Flagge I am asking $32,000 obo

  6. Up for sale, is a 1988 Olds Toronado Trofeo. it just earned its first junior in 2014 before the trailer it was riding in flipped on its roof, flattening the roof about 4 inches. Very sad day for such a wonderful example of these rare cars. The car suffered front end damage and roof and deck lid damage, all the windows are shattered or broken, that is the bad. Now for the good... it still runs and drives around just fine. the interior is completely salvageable and none of the electronics in the dash or console , etc were damaged. The engine and transmission are still in excellent working order. I drove the car 5 miles in its current state to my storage shed, and if I had not been slouching down in the seat, you would have not known it was a total loss wreck. I have some excellent "before" pictures of the car, and I can snap some "after" pictures and provide to anyone that is interested. The only reason I am trying to sell is I am having no luck finding a 2nd car to "meld" with this one. OR! Wanted: a 1988 Oldsmobile Toronado Trofeo prefer something with a red interior to match my wrecked car. Would like to have excellent exterior/ body.
  7. ok, now that you are done laughing at the title of my post... I have come a cross a really cherry 1993 Lexus LS400, and I am working on getting it back in 100% working order. I am wondering if anyone has the shop manual for this car collecting dust and would be willing to sell or loan it to me so I may make a copy of the information I need. Thanks in advance, Andy
