Ed, in the last several months there have been several charts published on this forum about wheel sizes, codes, etc. I took one of those charts and converted it to WORD and have shown it below. You can see the #11 wheels highlighted in yellow and they are 15 x 7 with a back space of 4 1/4". They covered years 1980 -1987. I should have included this info in my listing and will go back and edit it now.

SOLD. I have three #11 Buick Rallye wheels for sale. #11 wheels are 15 x 7, have a 4 1/4" back space , a center cap diameter of 2", and were for 1980 - 1987 years. According to chart these are usable with disc brakes. These are nice but could use repaint. I have had them tested on tire machine and they are true without vibration. $200 for all three and $50 a wheel shipping in 48 continental states. I have more close up photos of the wheels if you email me.

I have one nice #895 Buick Rallye wheel for sale. This wheel is 15 x 6 , center cap diameter of 2", back space of 3 7/8" and could be used with disc brakes . It is listed as years 1971-1985. It could be used as a very nice driver wheel, paint is nice as is the chrome. $85 plus $50 shipping to continental 48 states.

I put this item here to see if anyone out there would have the parts I need, I am sure these are rare and perhaps not available but had to see. I recently removed my steering column to have it rebuilt and had no ideal the throttle/spark advance were actually broken sitting on the wheel. I took the photo below before I started removing the steering wheel but did not look at it and when I removed the wheel the parts fell to the floor which totally surprised me. When I look at the photo now I can easily see the cracks where the parts were broken and could have been that way for years. In the photo below you can see three cracks that again I did not know were there until I loosen the part from the steering wheel and everything came apart. I bought the car 2 years ago but have not driven it much due to the difficulty in turning the wheels to the left. I have the column back after being rebuilt by LARS and I am looking forward to putting it back in the car/ I suppose I could evaluate having the parts welded back together but thought I would ask if there are whole ones I could buy. I will put an ad in Wanted to Buy.
Thanks for any advice or pointers one can give me.

Appreciate your comments. iI have discussed the process with my powder coater and he described His process virtually the same as you did. He has a special tape he talked about when he does a light blast to create the surface for the paint to bind. And the tape is heat resistant for the oven baking process. The owner of the company is a real quality guy and has done nice work for me for 10 years+. I amazed when I visit the shop and see the variety of projects he is working on. I am waiting on some suspension work to be done on the Riviera so the 4 weeks works with my schedule.

Yes, took the wheels to powder coater early Monday. Unfortunately he is very busy so it will be 4 weeks before they are ready. 2 1/8” centers on these wheels.

Now I am off to the powder coater to get the black paint applied carefully. Some one here or in the BCA forum posted that Pulido Plating in Mesquite, TX South of Dallas had done their wheels and they were very happy with the results. Pulido's is 45 minutes East of Fort Worth so I drove over a couple of weeks ago with my wheels and left them. I noticed Pulido's now advertises in the Riview Riviera magazine www.pulidoplating.com. Price has gone up per wheel which started some months ago at $140/wheel and is now $200/wheel. According to the owner at Pulifo's the price of nickle has exploded in the past few months hence the price increase. The wheels appear to be very nice and they use the 3 layer process including copper under the final nickle. I will post some photos with the wheels on the car with new Firestone radial thin whitewall tires and NOS center caps. Expensive to complete this change over.

What I meant by ‘console’ is a column without the gearshift lever on it since the console is the floor shift. I have been wondering if I can take apart the 69 console column that is not useable on the bottom end but could the collar off that column be removed and placed on my existing column by removing the gear shift collar?

I am in need of a 69 Riviera tilt CONSOLE steering column and I have found a 70 but don’t know if the 70 is the same as 69 and will work. Anybody here know? I have also posted in Riviera Owners forum.

Looking at putting a full console in my 69 Riv and wondered if the 1970 tilt console column would work in the 69 or did GM change them with the engine upgrade? I found a 69 tilt console column but it needs major work at the bottom end.

A knowledgeable Buick guy on V8Buick Forum posted the photo below from the GM Showroom book for 69 Rivieras and it confirms the dark blue selection for the long console as the R-M detail sheet did also. Also saw a Sloan Museum chart that gave similar info.
Great to have the various resources out there and the internet to share.

I am thinking I would drive the Riv to the next BCA National meet in 2021 assuming we have the pandemic under control and perhaps there is a vaccine out there. I would drive it around Texas for regional Buick shows which could be 500 miles round trip as we are a big state! I am leaning to buying a high quality radial so I will have no concerns about going anywhere at any speed. May have to dig into the IRA but have several cars for sale right now and if one sells then I have a pot to draw from.

A few days ago I posted a question to some of the Riviera guys on this and Riviera forum inquiring if they knew whether the long console between the bucket seats in a 69 Riv was painted an interior color or black as I had purchased a black console to install in my blue 69 Riv. Several sources said it gets painted, one said the color of the carpet.
Well, in the mean time I purchased an R-M color chart off Ebay for the 69 Riv who furnished GM paint during that time. I was surprised and pleased to discover on the back of the paint chip is a detailed description of the 69 Riv interior color combinations. See below. It mentions all interior parts that are to be painted and the correct colors. I followed the description for the long console and it answered my question that a long console in my 51 exterior color, Twilight Blue Irid, the console gets a dark blue paint which I purchased today, an SEM color that matches the bucket seat backs, and seat side trim pieces.
My suggestion for anyone trying to figure out the correct interior colors to try and find a paint chip chart for your year Buick and perhaps it will have the same info I found on the 69 Riv sheet.

Today I took my five #853 wheels to Pulido Plating in Mesquite, TX, a suburb of Dallas on the Southeast side. According to a post on this forum they began plating these rally wheels at $140 each then someone posted they had gone up to $200 per wheel. When I got there this morning and unloaded the wheels the fellow said did I have an estimate from them and I said no. He said it would be $220 a wheel and I said wait a minute, a friend got them done for $140 and another at $200 per wheel. He said the cost of nickle continues to rise and just went up 20% again and pointed to an 18 wheeler that had just unloaded nickle for them. He then said yes, they started at $140, then $160, then $180, and $200. He then said he would do them for $200 a wheel and that is triple coating including copper. So we shall see how nice they turn out but I will have a hell of investment in my wheels as I was fortunate to find an NOS set of wheel caps.
The tires on the Riv I just bought are 10 years old according to the DOT numbers but the car came to me with the white walls still having the blue protective wash on them and the car had not been driven after its restoration. The spare tire still has the blue on its whitewall. Now I have to decide if I am going to buy four new tires or ride on the 10 year old ones. The car has been inside and not really driven since the restoration completion 8 years ago so the sun or weather has not impacted the tires. It would be another $800 - $1000 to buy a good set of tires with the correct whitewall size. "its only money"😄

I thought I had posted it but apparently not. We are installing new springs this week to get the car lowered. it is 2.5 inches high in the back and 2 inches high in the front. I have the actual dimensions it should be from the 1969 Buick Chassis Service Manual. We found at the rear springs, a 2.5 inch spacer on top of the axle both sides that say '2.5" Made in China. I think a previous owner before the owner I bought it from added these to perhaps boost the car height that may have been sagging. We will remove them and use the original spring perch welded to the axle. Front springs in the car are compressed to the point I cannot insert a finger between the coils as they are compressed so much. I think they are the wrong coils and were installed when the car was being restored 8 years ago. The printed computer generated receipt for the springs from Eaton during restoration has the correct spring standard model for a 1969 Riviera with air and not a GS. On that receipt a hand written four digit number is there and when you look that up on the Eaton web page it is an 'extra heavy duty' front spring and I am wondering if that is what is on the car. The restorer said he talked to Eaton and they said 'the car will settle' but in 8 years it has not. Also Eaton's web site gives one a choice to choose springs that raise or lower the car by 1/2 an inch increments up to 2" higher or lower. I think we have the wrong springs in the front but we will soon see as I ordered a new set from Specialized Springs in Kansas. I will have collected 5 rally wheels by the end of this week and will have them chromed, the black powder coated, four NOS center caps all installed. I am expecting the car to really pop with the rally wheels and want it to be right height, then I will post photos here and in the Riv Owners section.

Will keep you posted. Should receive my fifth wheel next week then off to the chrome shop. Yes, earlier this week took four #853 wheels to the tire shop and put them on the balance machine and ran them up to speed and all four were fine.

Found a very nice #903 Rallye wheel in my 'Stuff'. Made for 1971 -1987 Buicks, It is a 15 x 7, 2 1/8" center cap diameter, 4 3/8" back space, can be used with disc brakes. Wheel is very nice and could be used as is on a nice driver, chrome is very good shape. $85.00 plus $50 shipping and I will refund balance between actual shipping cost and $50.if actual cost is less than $50.
