  3. I'm not sure license registrations are public information. A California friend thinks maybe license plate ownership might be public. In who owns California Horseless Carriage license plate # 871 nowadays? Any Californians know?

My great-grandfather helped to found NATIONAL in 1900 in Indianapolis, Indiana. They built electric cars from 1900-1905-6.
