  1. Unfortunately no luck with the two sources if anyone has a vintage British vacuum tank please contact me.
  2. Sorry those are the only pictures I could find of the engine for a Austin 12.
  3. Thank you very much for the information! I’ll send this off to the owner of the Austin right away I think your second source will have exactly what he needs! Thank you so much for your help.
  4. My opinion is you should restore the chassis find a period correct engine and then instead of making a body just make a truck out of it. If miraculously you find a original engine or a original body then switch it over if not then you have a really cool vintage truck. In the depression era they would make trucks out of anything they could find so it would seem authentic. It would be great if someone somewhere has parts for these cars then it would be great to restore them to original.
  5. I'm helping a friend locate a 1934 Austin 12 Taxi cab Vacuum tank. His is completely missing however I do have some pictures of what an original tank looks like. The tank does not need to be for sure for a Taxi Cab or even for a Austin but something that looks alike and is preferably British would be a huge help. We are trying to keep the Taxi as authentic as possible and get it back on the road again for hundreds of people to see. Suggestions on where to find an item like this would be a huge help! Any other Austin 12 parts would also be of interest depending on what it is.
  6. Late 1949 MG TC for sale. Car number TC 9586 with XPAG 10336 engine. Frame number and number on engine tag match those on the guarantee plate. Car has never been restored and has original (mostly) paint and seat upholstery. Engine turns over but is not running. Car is extremely solid and rust free with no evidence of wood or steel rot. Has been off the road and stored indoors since the early 70s. I've owned numerous TCs and have never had one as original and solid as this one. This car could be made into a decent driver with relatively little cost and effort OR it it could be restored relatively inexpensively as the tub and sheet metal are so solid. Missing parts include air cleaner, driving light, horn and rear side curtains. Has a valid, transferable title. Price is $15,500 Car can be viewed in Burlington, Wisconsin. Delivery in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York and western New England may be possible for a reasonable fee. Contact Ed McCord at Edson49TC@aol.com or 847-830-7193 for more details.
  7. This is a Arkley SS Body Possibly Brand New. I believe this is brand new based on the little amount of damage and the fact the head lights haven’t even been cut out. This body have few to no cracks in it from what I can see. This item does how ever have a small chip under one of the headlights but it’s not bad and can be repaired. The whole body is fiber glass but does have dust on it that makes it look rusted. This is exactly how I found the body it is a true garage find. This item includes the hinge as shown in pictures. Will not guarantee there is no damage but from what I can see there is minimal amount. Delivery to Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York or eastern Connecticut and Massachusetts may be available. Contact Ed McCord at Edson49TC@aol.com or 847-830-7193
  8. I tried them and they want the whole water pumps to rebuild I’m just looking for the Impeller.
  9. I need a pair of metal running boards for a 1932 Packard Standard 8 Roadster. I also need a battery box for the same car. I don’t need the one that goes under the seat I’m looking for the one that goes between the spare tire and the engine compartment. Lastly I need a 1937 Packard super 8 water pump impeller. Please email me at brandonbutler360@gmail.com if you have some of these items.
  10. I’m looking for a 1937 Packard Model 1501 Super 8 water pump assembly and impeller if you have one please contact me at brandonbutler360@gmail.com.
  11. I have a 1969 Austin Healey Sprite parts car. I would like $500 for the car or I would be willing to strip any parts off the car upon request. The windshield has no cracks but has scratches and flaws. The windshield frame is in great shape and is ready to get transplanted. This car has four-wheel disc brakes which are all there but one is dragging. The body is beyond repair, the floors are gone and the bottom of the fenders are rotted. The doors are salvageable, one door as a large dent right in the center of the door but could be popped out. The doors do not appear to have rust on the outsides. I did not try to roll the windows up or down. The trunk lid has no dents from what I can see and is solid. The handle still works on it and the trunk is not attached to the car. The interior is completely stripped of parts and all that is left are two gauges and the dashboard which is usable once cleaned. Five wheels are included with the sale of the car. One wheel that's on the front passenger side is for a Volkswagen but the correct wheel included. These tires are bad and cannot be used other than to roll the car around. Front and rear bumpers are in great shape and can be reused and restored. This car has top bows and the pieces holding the bows in. The bows are in good condition but one bow has a minor bend in it as seen in pictures. This car has a steering column rack and pinion, and a heater box which are still usable parts. The hood has a few rust spots but not bad and could be repaired. The steering wheel is not included in the sale of the car. This car is located in Burlington Wisconsin just over the Illinois border. If you're serious, then you're welcome to come and view the car. As for shipping, delivery may be possible in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York. Email me at brandonbutler360@gmail.com or call me at 262-888-2954.
  12. I have a 1959 Austin Healey Bugeye Sprite for sale. I would like to sell this car either as a partially complete project or just the hood, tub and title. I want $750 for the hood, tub, and the title. The tub is better than most Sprites. This car has solid floor pans and solid doors. Rear fenders are solid and have been replaced but it looks like they didn't completely cut out the old metal. The trunk area is solid and the rear of the car is in excellent condition. The firewall is not rusted and neither is the heater box area. The left side rocker panel is solid but the right side needs work. The most amount of rust is on the right side of the car by the rocker panel. Someone at one time tired to do a repair in this area but it looks like the incorrect metal was used. Rust also exists in three of the four wheel wells, the left front wheel well has no rust. The trunk floor is mostly solid but the back of the truck closest to the body has rust holes (It's a little hard to see in pictures). The doors on both sides fit nicely. One is installed on the hinges and the other is just set in for pictures. This car is better to buy than most Sprites because you can see everything that's wrong. Nothing is covered up by paint so you know what you're getting. This car comes with a clean Illinois title. The hood sides are not rusted out and they look like they haven't been replaced or patched. The inside of the hood is in excellent condition as well. The grill does come with the hood but the grill is extremely dented. The right of the hood has flaws where the turn signal light is attached. The left side in the same area looks much better but still has some minor flaws. The bottom of the hood also has some flaws including minor dents and some metal missing. The headlight area and the top of the hood are both solid. This car is currently being parted out but the hood, tub, and title will be a package and will not be sold separately. If you want the package plus the rest of the parts I would be willing to put a deal together. The number of parts you get with the car will determine the overall price.
