  1. Thanks keiser31, yeah I've been a member with the hamb for a few years. I'll see what they have for ideas but usually come away empty.
  2. Just if anyone has changed out their manual window cranks for motorized? Unfortunately my truck has sat outside for a long time and needs a refresh. Even the tracks and the manual window crank are gone so I have basically nothing to go off of, reason I'm asking. I was planning on looking in the local lkq pick and pull and see if a chrysler car door would be similar to the length of the dodge truck and template the pattern of location and possibly input some modern into my door. Any suggestions would help.
  3. So I recently purchased a 1936 reo flying cloud. I assume the seller knew what year it was but since it was a bill of sale, I'm trying to find out how correct it is. Does anyone know how to decode the vin on the body? The Vin number on the body:
  4. Thank you hwellens! Looks like everything is correct then. Anyone know what that number underneath the ID plate is? For these old dodges, do you use the body serial number on the plate or the number below the ID tag for title purposes?
  5. Hello everyone. I have a question on the serial plate for my 1936 Dodge brothers truck. The serial number is 8261168. When I do a search to decode the serial number, it shows no LE 31 for that serial number. Could the decoder I used perhaps be wrong or do I have a mixed ID plate? Also I assume the vin is the plate below the ID plate. It reads H-22-LR-40334. I'm not sure if the dashes are in the same place since I haven't had a chance to clean it up yet.
