I remember , as a kid, there was a Used Car Lot in Queens Village, New York, that would list a car for sale for $1.00. This was in the early 60's. And they would have a similar Plymouth, or Ford up on the ramp to show the bargain of the week.

Took the Studebaker to The Greater New York AACA Show on June 5, and took 2nd. Place in it's class. Reducing price to $13,000. OBO. Thanks. John

Back in 1962, Chevrolet had a promotional model available to dealers showing a 1912 Chevrolet, and a 1962 Impala Hardtop on a wooden base to celebrate Chevrolet's 50th. Ericmac is right about it being available in kit back in 1962. Very nice build. John

I've just recently heard the term "sorted out" pertaining to old cars.

Sorting it out is getting all of the bugs out, and making the car reliable. Basically troubleshooting.
