  1. No, but they put leaves, horses and all kinds of stuff these days. I even saw a model A on one!
  2. Hi ya, I have a white pumpkin that I have to decorate for a work function. I’m no artist, but I don’t want to be a party pooper. I was was wondering if we have anyone who could sketch an outline of a 57 Skyliner that I could print and trace, then paint on my pumpkin. I’m looking for something simple. Extra bonus points if it incorporates a Halloween or Fall theme. I am willing to pay a fee for the sketch. Here Is a pic of my pumpkin. It’s smallish, about as wide as a dinner plate. Thank you!
  3. Some leaves and some cars I spotted today in Ashland, Or.
  4. I was at Crater Lake last weekend. Leaves are starting to turn here, but you can’t tell from these pics where there is mostly evergreens. Will have the 57 out for some work when parts get in. Hopfefully I can get some pics in with some foliage at that time. Love everyones pics!
  5. Thanks for resurrecting this! I failed to start a new one this year. I love these pictures.
  6. With a timeline for an answer. Say 24 hours?
  7. I thought the same thing when i saw it.
  8. Perhaps they are referring to the engine number which is used as a title number in some states. @JACK M, can you help?
  9. We said slug bug or punch buggy. No “A” in the middle in NH.
  10. Any car that can do this is worth it’s idiosyncrasies IMHO. ?
  11. Oh right. The deliveries look like a van with no windows, right? Yes this has some mods but the paint was fantastic and I’m guessing the engine and suspension is not period correct either.
  12. I think this is a 55 Sedan Delivery? Custom for sure but I liked it and it could move pretty fast.
  13. I told you guys he threw away nothing, and that is the truth. I have so many more pictures that they take up a lot of my spare room. These are some of the earliest ones I found in his garage. He took a lot over the years. It took an emotional toll to go through even that many. I cried all weekend. ? I am so upset by the way he has to live. I won’t go into detail, but it’s impossibly hard to watch someone decline this way. (It’s much easier for me to throw myself into work and avoid the rest of the world.) My kids brought him pie and and ice cream and some gifts. I am heading up there (4.5 hours), this week to take him to a doctors appointment, so I will see him also.
  14. Air Force. He grew up poor but worked hard and saved his money.
