  1. DD37, I made the first one I used, then powdered coated it...then found an OEM one at the Pomona Swap Meet, pre Covid. I know of no repops. Sorry.
  2. Locating holes are for the pins on the 1/2 ton truck. Most folks shave the pins off the hubs to use the car wheels (w/non locating holes).
  3. Seeing that, makes all my anxiety go away...🤣 But this, oh my....😟
  4. Have you tested on a known good radiator to ensure your handheld infrared sensor is calibrated well.
  5. Hi Henry, did you see where Matt actually installed a 12v unit, housing and all, inside of a 6v Generator shell.... Page 19, post dated April 25.
  6. Oh, dude, you don't know how hard that was for me, left hand, right hand, up and down, sideways....I'd rather replace a 80 year old seized piston rod....using only rubber bands, vegetable oil and a rubber mallet!!! So thankful my partner in crime gets this tech stuff.
  7. For sure let me know...I will see if Jack has time to take a look at his.
  8. Part 15 Part 16 Part 17 Part 18 Part 19 Part 20 Part 21 Thanks for watching!
  9. Thanks buddy. Was not 100% sure about '35's. '35's are close, but since the door hinges are opposite on early models there are a few differences to be aware of.
  10. Thought someone may get some use out of this series of videos. My video skill and hand coordination are way off. Sideways versus up/down is not intuitive... I tried! 🤷‍♂️ 😁 Anyone need advise, give me a call/email always happy to help. Enjoy! Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4 Part 5 Part 6 Part 7 Part 8 Part 9 Part 10 Part 11 Part 12 Part 13 Part 14
  11. Just keep contributing to the DBC news too..(nice one on the DB Military Truck, excellent work.)
  12. Just by the off chance, I see you have a heat sink on the back, assuming that is for your diode trio, knowing they are one way direction, did you hook your wires in correctly...sounds simple but those diodes are like traffic cops, only let amps go in one direction...
