  1. I have done this several times, and i will post shortly the procedures for all to see.
  2. Read the description... https://www.ebay.com/itm/234332074580?mkevt=1&mkpid=0&emsid=e11021.m43.l3160&mkcid=7&ch=osgood&euid=a157bbe659c747519fe40519a21af7f2&bu=43205158169&ut=RU&osub=-1~1&crd=20211213053830&segname=11021&sojTags=ch%3Dch%2Cbu%3Dbu%2Cut%3Dut%2Cosub%3Dosub%2Ccrd%3Dcrd%2Csegname%3Dsegname%2Cchnl%3Dmkcid
  3. FYI the car on E bay I previously mentioned sold for $4353.
  4. A more realistic offer on e bay, just listed https://www.ebay.com/itm/353776089206?mkevt=1&mkpid=0&emsid=e11021.m43.l3160&mkcid=7&ch=osgood&euid=2eb09a0e08634c89a930591dd04300ac&bu=43205158169&ut=RU&exe=99322&ext=234173&osub=-1~1&crd=20211121053556&segname=11021&sojTags=ch%3Dch%2Cbu%3Dbu%2Cut%3Dut%2Cnqt%3Dnqt%2Cnqc%3Dnqc%2Cmdbreftime%3Dmdbreftime%2Ces%3Des%2Cec%3Dec%2Cexe%3Dexe%2Cext%3Dext%2Cexe%3Dexe%2Cext%3Dext%2Cosub%3Dosub%2Ccrd%3Dcrd%2Csegname%3Dsegname%2Cchnl%3Dmkcid note the black interior trim pieces
  5. Here's the rest of the story It was listed and supposedly sold on sept 26th with 62017 miles for $6300 or so, but that was not a good figure, because " best offer was accepted". Or. apparently not, because it was again listed on Nov 19th and sold ( hopefully ) with 64,000 miles for $4325, which I feel is a realistic figure concerning the age, condition etc. Other sales for 8v models have been $2000 & 2500 for average-good condition to $6600 for a model that appears showroom with only 12k miles. I really believe these sky-high sales figures you hear about are just a lot of smoke and mirrors, because I have been following sales for over a decade now, and have seen them get nowhere near what people claim to get for them.
  6. Here's a comp that is on ebay right now 1989 16v https://www.ebay.com/itm/185160391031?mkevt=1&mkpid=0&emsid=e11021.m43.l3160&mkcid=7&ch=osgood&euid=91e063d4579d4c9a83794b336a8540bb&bu=43205158169&ut=RU&exe=99322&ext=234173&osub=-1~1&crd=20211113055652&segname=11021&sojTags=ch%3Dch%2Cbu%3Dbu%2Cut%3Dut%2Cnqt%3Dnqt%2Cnqc%3Dnqc%2Cmdbreftime%3Dmdbreftime%2Ces%3Des%2Cec%3Dec%2Cexe%3Dexe%2Cext%3Dext%2Cexe%3Dexe%2Cext%3Dext%2Cosub%3Dosub%2Ccrd%3Dcrd%2Csegname%3Dsegname%2Cchnl%3Dmkcid

  11. I see regularly on this forum that people are constantly looking for a TC in various years, conditions, etc. Have you tried E-Bay? I am getting notices daily from them of cars for sale all over the country, and some seem to be a real bargain, like this one https://www.ebay.com/itm/224610115825?mkevt=1&mkpid=0&emsid=e11021.m43.l3160&mkcid=7&ch=osgood&euid=1c8bf482681545c4a3f46f3637da3686&bu=43205158169&ut=RU&osub=-1~1&crd=20210915054113&segname=11021&sojTags=ch%3Dch%2Cbu%3Dbu%2Cut%3Dut%2Cosub%3Dosub%2Ccrd%3Dcrd%2Csegname%3Dsegname%2Cchnl%3Dmkcid For those of you unfamiliar on how it works, just log into E bay, then search for "TC Maserati" and hit the "cars & trucks" link. Then hit " save search". You will e sent a notification whenever a car is listed for sale on E-Bay. I bought and sold several this way, and it has always been easy and fruitful.
  12. go to eBay, and put in a search, and save the search you will be notified if one shows up
  13. Lookin' good dude, just like OEM!
  14. your link is bad FYI, I sold an identical car this spring for $5800.00
  15. E bay has the trunk and ignition key blanks, that's where i got mine..
  16. Came across these when i was cleaning out the garage. Off a 1989 TC, From Pick n Pull, my cost was $40.00 still have the receipt!! plus shipping...
  17. Since you have the seats out NOW is the time to grease the tracks and particularly the screws that run the seats forward and back, etc. You will see a difference when you re-install and operate the power seats. Much smoother.
  18. Well, it was worth $5800 to someone, and that is what I sold it for!! Thanks to everyone for their assistance and support!!
  19. I had a bite-turbo in the 80's, and it was a real piece of crap. Poor build quality, so-so performance, and nose dive depreciation. TC is so much better.
  20. Have the 16v Southern car now listed on E-Bay auctions! One other 16v comp is listed, which did not sell last time for $6500, asking $10k. Two other 90's with v-6's are listed for 10k also.. Dream on. Plus, they gave it a 44 out of 45 AutoCheck score I have a low reserve, would like to see someone get this car and enjoy it, rather than hold out for last dollar. Now we'll really see what they are worth in 10 days... check it out at https://www.ebay.com/itm/373553194649?hash=item56f9816699:g:dDUAAOSwBN1gg0jc
  21. Wow Nile, you're right! The last documented odometer reading was in 2005 at 69,522. 16 years later it is 69,752. Doing the math, that is only 230 miles in 16 years!!!! I thought I was thorough, but you got me beat hands down!!!! I want you on my team the next time I buy a a car........
