  1. The 55er hit the nail on its head by identifying this hood ornament as a 1953-1954 Willys Aero
  2. I asked my knowledgeable Chrysler friend and this was his reply:- "Wood dash tells me its not the run of the mill Chrysler product, but there were some English Chryslers built with wooden dash, so need more images of the car." Notice that the car is Right Hand Drive.
  3. Accessory Vent Window fitted to a 1937 Lincoln Zephyr
  4. Accessory Vent Window fitted to a 1939 Mercury
  5. 406mac, That Glass and Frame is an Accessory for the 1939 Ford and Mercury, a year before Ford and Mercury incorporated a true Vent Window.
  6. Here is a picture of a 1932 Nash Convertible that has a similar body to the car in question.
  7. Here is a picture of the 1953, 1954 and 1955/1956 Ford Full Wheel Covers. When displayed with a hook through the valve hole, the Ford Emblems are upside down. So that you can see the illustrations correctly, I have turned the photo upside down. When you look on ebay, lots of Sellers don't have a clue to what they are selling with wrong years listed.
  8. This is what the 1955-1956 Ford including Ford Thunderbird Full Wheel Cover looks like. Notice that it has little ridges around the outer edge which do not appear evident on the illustration posted by jwall. These 1955 and 1956 Ford Wheel Covers have plastic centres, unlike the similar looking 1953 and 1954 Ford Hubcaps which have the emblem pressed into the metal.
  9. Oldtech is correct when he lists this car as 1926 or 1927. Apart from the different wheel types available these two years, I believe that the 1926 models did not have a cross bar under the headlights. For 1927, a crossbar was added. Just to confuse things, this photo is from the 1927 Ford Model T Sales Brochure. Note that it has wooden spoked wheels
  10. Look closely and you can see that the Repro Hubcap spells FOOD, not FORD
  11. Comparison photo:- Genuine and Reproduction 1958 Ford 14" Hubcaps. Compare the quality between these two Hubcaps.
  12. dpcdfan is correct, That hubcap with the After Market Spinner is a 1954 Chevrolet. This is what the genuine 1954 Chevrolet Hubcap with Spinner looks like.
