  4. Saved this one from the shredder. No paperwork, but isn't hard to get in New York. 1952 Buick Riviera Super, Straight 8 263, Automatic on the column. Floors, Rockers, Trunk all need replacing. Frame is solid. About 90% complete, even has the original spare. Tinted Glass. Windshield has a crack in the lower left front. Verified it runs, lifter clicking. Automatic Transmission works, moves back and fortrh. No Brakes. Wiring has been cut in the engine compartment. Appears to have a nice radiator sitting ion the trunk. Trim Tag reads: 1952 MOD 52 52 Style No 52-4519, Body No 2140 Trim No 51 Paint No 17. It also has the original car dealer emblem on the back "Schumann, Binghamton, NY" Paid $2000 for it, just want to get my money back and have it go to a good home. Feel free to call or email with questions. Local delivery available. Open to offers & possibly trades. Thanks, Jim 607-642-3333 (Garage) 607-761-2034 (Cell) bbauto_13811@yahoo.com

  6. Hi Dan, Yeah, checked those. Could it be tu tone code (Black and Light Gray). Right now the car is green and black, and the dash and doors are also a light green... Thanks, Jim
  7. Hi Everyone, Jim here. New to this site, and Buick's in general. I picked up two old Buicks yesterday, a 1940 and 1952. Both running and driving cars, but rough shape. I'm a little confused on the 52. The trim tag clearly lists a code 17 for paint, but there is no 17 on the color chips? I've attached a pic of the Trim Tag. Thanks, Jim
