  1. I will buy them. .Please call me. Lou Mandich 610-256-3087; 610 347-2394. thank you!
  2. Driver's Side Bumper lower Face bar; part# 567840; driver's side lower extension part # 567643 (stainless steel valence) ours are damaged; please help !
  3. I'm looking for operating information , a copy of an owner's manual, or operating manual for this early Buick that is coming in to the shop next week. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
  4. Thank you for your prompt reply. I'll check this thread to see what you may have located.
  5. We have urgent need of a rocker shaft cover and assembly for a 1922 Cadillac V8. 1916 through 1924 should fit. Please help or send leads if you know of any possibilities.
  6. A Rocker cover plate and assembly-urgently needed- to revive "Gloria" a 1922 Cadillac 4 passenger coupe. Any suggestions are welcome.
  7. On Friday (yesterday) we performed the adjustments noted above and they were successful. If the 1934 has the same two disc setup i imagne the adjustment procedure wouldbe the same. A 1930 733 that we had inthe shop last year had a single normal clutch- so we had no adjustment problems with it. I suspect your 1934 standard 8 has the single plate clutch.
  8. We have adjusted the three fingers operated by the slotted screws and the car is now performing as it should. The slotted screw head adjustments were 9 and 10 clicks out- and they should have been 3 clicks out- so now all is well. Thanks to all who assisted us with this effort.
  9. Thank you for your thoughts. We think it has come apart or has a warped clutch plate inside- but we will try what you have suggested as it needs to come at least that far apart anyway. I am not sure where you are located- but my technician, Fred, would very much like to speak with you if you'd be willing to take call from him. We are in the southeastern quadrant of Pennsylvania- and if you are willing to take a call- would you e-mail us at lastchacegarage13@verizon.net with your telephone number and the best time to call? Thank you!
  10. This is a customer's car and has been in limited use since restoration, having logged around 2000 miles since the clutch plates were re-done. The symptoms are that the car is hard to place in gear- yet also wants to slip when the clutch pedal is all the way out. There is the usual outside adjustment- and apparently an internal adjustment that is neceessary from time to time. We attempted the (apparent) internal adjusment with no discernable result. The car was brought in with an owner's manual- and no shop manual- though we have orderd one. I am hoping a forum reader who may have encountered a similar sitatuion may consider sharing his thoughts and experience with us..
