At Hershey this year we had a Hero of WW2 at 100 years and 8 months of age.
50 years ago we met, both lived in Michigan then, and have attend it together ever since.
He now travels from Sparta Tenn.

I never knew why or how the reflectors on my 1930 car were so bright.
But the car was apparently well cared for.

Charging batterys connected in parallel with one low or old battery and one newer one can leave battery in best basic condition under charged, and damaged. I seem to reclall a class many years ago.

Lots of frustrating options:
find wire wheel brake drums, that fit your axel and shoes.
then find wire wheels & bolts.

find some one who has WW brake drums and measure thickness, to compare to you wood wheel brake drums. You might add a donut ring to your wood wheel drums that can be drilled / tapped to mount you newly chosen wheels.

This is very simplistic, but may start you thinking process.

I have expirenced this in the past and am now thinking of this for the one rear wheel drum needed to mount a wire wheel on my car.

Looks like one I have in an Essex. Motor exhaust pipe connection supplies heat. Neat looking but carbon monoxide leaking into car is dangerous.
I suspect it could require a lot of driving time to generate enough sensible heat to help.

There were questions last year, about location and timing to use scooter bug rentals.
I did not hear actual results, so perhaps some more info will be helpful.

Recall that handi cap parking west of Giant center in green field.
Scooter bugs were in red field near stadium.
A long way to walk to get to them and then return them using HC parking.
The pick up time each day was 8am and return by 5pm, so they could be charged up for next day.

With hearing these discussions about this I rented one and brought it with me.

Excellent, I find that type of source the best.
It took me a while to find my AC G10's.
Keep checking on ebay and type in AC K12 spark plug on google, I got leads that way.

I looked up 1932 Pontiac HC AND 1933 Std. C, AC 46 converts to J11
1932 Std. C. and all others 1934 thru 1942, 1946. AC45 converts to J8
What is you soutrce fo plugs K11 or 12? used in your car, in owners manual?

Many sold by various auto suppliers, I have some with their names on price stickers still inside hubcap.
some few have stamping in side "Hudson"
Lot of folks think their favorite car co made every single part on the car................we know better.

I am working on determining the period correct spark plugs for my Hudson built vehicles.
From my searching it appears to me Hudson primarily used AC spark Plugs for some time starting about 1927 when switching from Bosch starters/generators to AC as supplier.

Oldest listing has Terraplane 1932 -33 using K9 with KK noted as a universal line of plugs.
Result for likely period correct spark plug likely may mean looking for K series K9, K9l (long) or K10 spark plug. Or. plug KK

In addition, there is info on Essex wires for 1929 being 10mm dia, rubber coated spark plug wire, no cloth covering. I was able to obtain 9mm wireing at Hershey several years ago.

If you could list part numbers, some one may be come up with catalogue info and post it as sometimes happens in other situations.

They certainly do.
I could use both long and short bolts and several lock washers for my cars.
Will have to try to determine my sizes.
Do you have part numbers or application catalogue?
