  1. When I saw the $30,000 price for a 1953/55 Plymouth I literally almost did a Danny Thomas spit take. Could it be inlaid with gold and silver? Formerly owned by the Shah of Persia? Then of course reality and my fellow commenters hit me and once again my dreams were shattered.
  2. Is the automatic trans a real possibility or merely a Facebook burp?
  3. A car like this if it doesn’t offend your sense of propriety could be a reasonably priced cruiser. When the cost of modern new and even late models is considered this looks fantastic. Depending on winter in your area.
  4. The old chestnut seems to apply here” If you have to ask how much, you cannot afford it”
  5. Societal restraints prohibit me from commenting on this sale
  6. I always liked Saabs. And loved hearing the older three cylinder two strokes going down the road. It’s another on the list of cars that if I had the money and space would definitely be in my car collective.
  7. Potentially a good deal. Price isn’t crazy and from what can be seen it looks nice. Better pictures would certainly help.
  8. Parts car or a very challenging restoration. More information essential.
  9. I will say if you thought you might want one this is a Chrysler to go see. Unless the interior is gone or rust is an issue the price is not out of line at all.
  10. Another chance to use one of my favorite phrases. “Sometimes free is too much to pay” 😁
  11. Not a terribly expensive choice for a fun little runabout. Just don’t get the idea in your head that it’s going to become a high value vehicle.
  12. Wonder if the puddle under the car is a leak or just a coincidence of parking?
  13. Darn it. My neighborhood isn’t zoned for a salvage yard.
