  1. How do you get to the back of the instrument panel? I never took mine apart and have no idea where to start.
  2. Where can I purchase a light switch for my 1964 Riviera? Second question I have is how do you replace the switch? The courtesy lights stay on after turning the knob and takes may attempts to get them to switch off. Plus the gauge lights do not illuminate anymore.
  3. ISO help trying to figure out what is draining my battery. My 4 year old battery went dead so I bought a new one. Car turned over and ran fine. Battery had a full charge when I parked it but was completely drained in a week. Any idea on what i should look for that could possibly be draining my battery?

  8. I have a 1972 Buick Skylark and was wondering if I can switch out the bumpers from a 1971? I'm not a fan of the rubber bumper guards on the 72. Is the mounting points, hardware, lights, ect interchangeable? Anything I need to know?
  9. Thanks John, I ordered the ABS plastic quarter bumper fillers from Plastic Parts Inc. Do you know where I can find the black bumper filler between the rear bumper & the truck? The pieces under the license plate and between tail lights and bumper?

  11. Here's a link to a website that lists gas stations by state that sell non ethanol pure gas: www.pure-gas.org . You can also take a couple 5 gallon gas cans down to the local airport and buy some 100LL octane jet fuel. My riv loves the high octane and the added upper cylinder lube.

  17. The ones on it now are plastic that go to a tip with no cap and it has a disc to prevent the spoke hub cap from falling off. Not sure if they were original or not I just assumed not.
  18. Does anyone have a photo of an original valve stem or can anyone tell me if they are similar to what you can get over the counter? Working on the last details for Hershey! Also, the motor for the power antenna does not work Anyone have experience with rebuilding them or again is this something you can buy over the counter. I'd rather rebuild the original if possible.

  23. Grab a few gas cans and head to your local airport. Have them fill you up with 110 octane low lead pure gasoline.
